What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, the type of enquiry you select, and — if you choose to give them — your e-mail address and message. Nothing else is asked for, and no payment details are collected anywhere on this website.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A single small setting is kept in your own browser to remember whether you chose English or Telugu; it stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Why we collect it

Your details are used only to reply to you — to answer a question, to arrange volunteering, or to discuss how you would like to support an activity. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list without you asking for it.

Who can see it

Enquiries are visible only to the office bearers of Mokshagna Organization who handle them. They are stored on the website's hosting service, protected by a password that only those office bearers have.

Photographs on this website

Photographs of our activities are published with the knowledge of the people shown in them. Where a photograph or a name relates to a child or to a person receiving help, it is published only with the family's permission, and we keep the details to a minimum — never a home address, never a phone number.

If you or your family would like a photograph, a name or any other detail removed from this website, write to us and we will take it down.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as they are useful for our work, and are deleted once they are no longer needed. You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
